Thank you so much to Kaley Kline from the leasing office at Shady Lakes for providing my roommate and I with incredible service! After touring today and discussing with Ms. Kline about our budget, she was more than helpful in finding us the perfect unit at an affordable price. She was extremely nice, patient, and went above and beyond to make our tour great! We fell in love with Shady Lakes almost instantly and signed an application the SAME DAY! We look forward to moving in shortly and we are thrilled to know that the office staff has our best interest in mind :) I would also like to shoutout Taylor who also works in the office! She helped to set up our tour over the phone. she very polite and incredibly helpful. Apartment hunting has been stressful but due to the staff at Shady Lakes, our hunt has come to a wonderful conclusion! Thank you!

A really great place to live. We’ve been living here since July and have had a very pleasant experience! It’s a lovely community and feels safe and is in a great location. The Apts are clean and the staff friendly professional and really helpful. We’ve had to call maintenance once or twice and I was impressed at how quickly they were to respond and help fix the issue.

I lived here for a year and was really happy with the office staff and the property management. We moved because we purchased a home. We rented a newly remodeled 2 bedroom and the finishes were modern and higher-end, I was pleasantly surprised. The building we lived in was very quiet and the neighbors were all kind and pleasant. Every time we needed a maintenance call (rarely) they were very responsive and helpful. The ladies in the office were professional and helpful, and we did not have any hiccups in the move in/move out process and even received our entire security deposit back. You’re close to lots of shopping/restaurants, and I will also say the property is METICULOUSLY maintained. The landscaping, siding, doors, windows, parking lots, lighting, etc, are constantly cleaned/updated/repaired. It’s been the nicest apartment we’ve rented, would recommend.

I love the area where the apartments are! Lots of restaurants & shopping! We are close to Kent State, The Aurora Outlets, Akron, & other awesome cities! The apartments are very clean, affordable and the staff is always available for any questions you may have! My husband & I have been her for 3 years & we love it!
