We have lived here at Oakwood for a very long time. We haven't had to contact the office too often but we recently had some questions regarding a couple policies. The manager Katelyn responded to our inquiries kindly and promptly. I also received a call from the staff updating some information. When I returned the call, Katelyn was very nice and patient. We also had a few maintenance requests last fall. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. The maintenance staff has always been great and reliable. Overall Oakwood is a beautiful place to live. We appreciate living here and are happy and proud to call this our home.

My wife and I have lived at Oakwood for about 3 years and have had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and our ranch apartment is a great size, plenty big enough for us to start our little family when we welcomed our first child recently. The maintenance team is phenomenal as well. Katelyn and the rest of the ladies in the office have always been friendly and helpful the entire time we have lived here. Katelyn always gets back to us in a very timely manner whether it is for a maintenance concern or just a simple question. Their Henri app also makes it easy to connect with neighbors, ask questions to the community, or even shout out the excellent service by the Oakwood staff or a friendly neighbor. Overall we have been very pleased with our experience living in Oakwood!

My little family and I just moved in a few months ago and we have had the BEST experience so far! The neighbors have been so nice and maintenance has been fast and great as well! Management staff, specifically Katelyn Cellura, have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions super quickly and everyone in the office has made the process and new experience so easy for us!

We moved here a few months and have had no issues. We love having a balcony and more space. Reasonable pricing for the size of the apartment. I wouldn’t have chosen a different place. We finally feel at home here!
