I have lived in tons of apartments and this is by far the best! The office staff are friendly and always willing to help. The cleaning staff keeps the hallways and lobby looking great always! Everything is very quiet around here and neighbors are friendly but not obtrusive. Everytime I've submitted a service request maintenance has been there to fix it within the day! The apartments are super spacious and the balcony is for sure my favorite part! The dryers in the laundry room aren't the greatest, but honestly I can deal with one small thing being wrong when everything else is so perfect!

Very spacious units, ample parking. Great washers and dryers and I don't have to leave the building to refill the laundry card. The employees are genuine, polite and always willing to answer questions. Large balconies. I never have to worry about my mail or packages. All in all, a great place to live.

I have lived at Kimberly Park for almost 5 years. I absolutely love my spacious apartment. I just had my bathroom remodeled with beautiful new flooring and vanity. To my surprise, the remodel was completed in less than a day. Maintenance did a great job and was very professional. I am very happy to live here. Thank you to Ashley & all the staff involved with keeping Kimberly Park a great place to call home!!

I have been living at Kimberly Park apartments for 3 years now. I’m signing my new lease here in a few weeks and have no plans on moving anytime in the future. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. There is cleaning staff that works at each building every day of the weekdays. Maintenance on staff 24/7 and quickly responds to any issues. Laundry on every floor, snow plowing immediately during any significant snowfall, and an easy to use app for paying rent, submitting repair requests, and community board. Love it here!
