We are pet friendly!

We allow two (2) pets per apartment!

Dogs must be under 40 pounds, and not on our breed restriction list. (See office for list)

Additional rent is $15/month per cat and $20/month per dog.

There is an additonal pet fee and security per pet:

$400 per dog ($150 non-refundable, $250 refundable)

$300 per cat ($100 non-refundable, $200 refundable)
